ABOUT US

PCIC is one of many local churches here in Charlotte County, however we are unique in many ways. We are a Bible believing and Holy Spirit-led group of people who are united together in a destiny-friendly environment. We are helping each other to discover, develop and fulfill God’s will for our lives. Come and See! Stay and Become!

The PCIC campus is located at 24038 Harborview Road in Charlotte Harbor, beside the beautiful Peace River. It’s our base of operation, not just a “church building.”

HOW IS PCIC ORGANIZED?

Port Charlotte International Church was incorporated in the State of Florida in July 2003 as an independent, non-denominational full gospel Church. PCIC receives it IRS 501 c (3) status under the auspices of the New Harvest Ministries International, Clewiston, Florida.

PCIC is a part of the Destiny Network International, a fellowship of national and international ministers and ministries led by Bishop Tony Miller, Destiny World Outreach. Bishop Tony and the Destiny Network International provide apostolic oversight to Pastors Peter and Betty Burnett and Port Charlotte International Church.

As a full gospel Church we embrace the full teaching of the Word of God and are committed to learning, growing and always giving room to the ministry of Holy Spirit as our teacher, guide and helper. We embrace the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Holy Spirit as central to the victorious Christian life and a healthy and Godly Church.

PCIC believes in the present Kingdom of God at work in the earth and therefore respects and join hands with other followers of Jesus Christ locally, nationally and internationally for the advance of the Kingdom of God in every realm.

Port Charlotte International Church is organized as follows:

·         Jesus Christ is the Head/Great Shepherd of the Church

·         Pastor Peter Burnett is the Senior Pastor

·         A Board of Elders, appointed by the Senior Pastor, who are also under shepherds, add their ministry gifts to support the vision and mission of PCIC.

·         The Current Board of Elders of PCIC are: Pastors Peter and Betty Burnett, Pastor Oge Onuoha, Pastor Patricia Waite and Dr. Joseph Umana

We currently meet on Fridays at 10 a.m. for training, networking, and support. We also offer regular workshops on entrepreneurship.
